0. Terms and Conditions for the sale of prints


Welcome to Natasha Muluswela’s website. Please may you carefully review the following Terms and Conditions that protect and govern your use of our Website www.artxnatasha.com. The Terms set below form part of the contract between (“we”, “Natasha Muluswela”, “our”) and you (“customer”, “buyer”, “you”). Please note that your use of our Website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. Should you not agree to these terms, we advise that you do not use this service. Please may you ensure that you visit this page periodically to review the terms of your use. 


  1. Limited edition and open prints 


1.1 "Limited Edition" - A fine art print, limited to a maximum edition run of 100 worldwide across all sizes.


1.2 Each limited edition print is inspected, hand signed and marked with the edition type and number by Natasha Muluswela.


1.3 This certifies that the associated Print is authentic, limited edition fine art print using 100% archival paper and inks.

1.4 "Open Print" - A reproduction print, unlimited in number worldwide, produced as part of a larger edition run with either no signature or signature


1.5 These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of all forms of fine art print ( herein "limited edition print", "print") across all editions - including "open edition", "limited edition" regardless of payment amount.

  1. Customer Responsibilities 

2.1 By purchasing a print, you are confirming that you have read the associated print description, and selected the appropriate edition type, size, price, currency, shipping fees and packaging specification as required by you. Including in checkout to verify the completeness and validity of your information before purchasing any goods.  

2.2 Prints on the website as priced per item and do not include the shipping fee. The shipping fee will be added at checkout. 

2.3 The currency on the Service is set in GBP (Pound Sterling). 

  1. Ordering 

3.1 Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase containing your receipt and order number. 

3.2 If we are unable to fulfil your order request for unforeseen reasons (such as weather conditions or illness) or unable to process your order on time to delays (such as seasonal holidays), we will contact you.

3.3 We reserve the right to: 

3.3.1 Reject or cancel any order submitted by you for any reason. Please note, orders by customers in certain countries may be held for inspection and checks for fraudulent payment methods prior to acceptance by us. 

3.3.2 Cancel any order before delivery of the Print, in the event any payment of the full order value fails. 

3.6 Without limitation to any provisions relating to Limitation of Liability, we will not be liable or otherwise responsible for any loss or damage caused to you by the cancellation of an order by us.


4. Payment

4.1 We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay. By purchasing any Print(s) on our Website you validate that you have the legal right to use any debit or credit card you supply and that the information you provide is complete and accurate. 

4.2 Processing your order may take up to 2-5 business days to prepare before shipment. Though, we try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. 


4.3 We deliver to worldwide, including Canada and the United States. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped by the delivery option stated in your request, unless there are unforeseen reasons or time delays in which we will contact you. Orders are deemed completed at the time of delivery to the address supplied in your order. 

4.4 All Prints are shipped from the United Kingdom. It is the customers responsibility for any payment of import charges, duties and/or taxes whether domestic or international.

5. Shipping and Delivery 

5.1 Standard production and delivery times are 1-4 weeks from the point of order, although we will always endeavour to reduce this where possible.

5.2 Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there is an event outside our control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an event outside our control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

5.3 Delivery will be completed when we deliver the print(s) to the shipping address you gave us when ordering.

5.4 If no one is available at the shipping address to take delivery. We will arrange with our carrier to redeliver the item. Otherwise it will be up to you to collect from the depot described on the delivery notice.

5.5 The print(s) will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.

5.5.1 You own the print(s) once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

5.6.1 Any item(s) which are significantly damaged must be rejected by you, and returned to the courier at the point of attempted delivery. You must immediately inform us of any delivery rejection in order that we can contact the courier to resolve the situation.

5.6.2 Failure to inform us of any damage to the print(s) within 24 hours of the courier's delivery receipt confirms your acceptance of your order in good condition.

5.7 All Prints are shipped from the United Kingdom. The payment of any import customs charges, duties and taxes, whether local or international, are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Return Policy 

6.1 We are currently unable to offer returns and exchanges. All print orders are for bespoke, made to measure, on-demand fine art prints. As such, the right to cancellation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations does not apply.

6.2 Signatures for shipments are required upon delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect the exterior packaging of your order for damages at the time of delivery. In the event of a damaged parcel upon arrival of your shipment, you must reject and document any damages on the shipping slip and return the order upon attempted delivery with the shipping courier to form a claim. You must contact us immediately for us to resolve any rejected order shipments upon attempted delivery.

6.3 All orders that are delivered and confirmed as undamaged, or where we have not been informed of any courier damage within 24 hours of delivery, are deemed to have been accepted by you in good condition and will not be replaced by us on return of the damaged item for disposal.

6.4 Any damage caused after successful delivery is the responsibility of the customer, and any replacements will be provided subject to payment of the current print price on the website.

6.5 Damage caused during self-organised framing or mounting is the responsibility of the customer. As such no refund or replacement will be issued for prints that have been damaged in this way.

6.6 Any order which has been damaged prior to delivery, where you have informed us within 24 hours of the delivery attempt will be replaced by us free of charge with a duplicate copy of the same print as ordered.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

7.2 We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party sites outside of our organisation, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship or track an order.

7.3 Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

7.4 Your Access to and Control Over Information

7.5 You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address given on our website: natasha.muluswela@gmail.com

7.5.1 See what data we have about you, if any.

7.5..2 Change/correct any data we have about you.

7.5.3 Have us delete any data we have about you.

7.6 Security

7.6.1 We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

8. Print Care & Warranty

8.1 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products and prints that appear on the Website. 

8.2 The print(s) must have been stored and displayed out of any form of direct sunlight during its entire lifetime.


8.3 The print(s) have not been touched directly by any organic object or being, nor exposed to any form of liquid or potentially damaging substance during its entire lifetime.

8.4 To invoke the guaranteed replacement warranty, a claim should be sent by you to us in writing, detailing the specifics of the damage caused by fading, including photographs of the print(s) in question.

8.4.1 On receipt of a valid claim, we may require further independent specialist opinion to confirm the likely cause of damage, which will be provided at our cost.

8.4.2 Following confirmation by us (subject to any specialist opinion), a replacement print will be provided to you free of charge.

8.4.3 On receipt of the replacement, the original print must be either returned to us or destroyed (at our discretion) with proof of sending or destruction being provided by you within 3 working days.


8.5 This guarantee does not apply where the print has been damaged due to obvious wear and tear during the period of possession by the customer.

9. Copyright and Ownership 

9.1 By purchasing a print from us, you understand that you own a copy of an original artwork as produced by Natasha Muluswela.

9.2 Prints may not be reproduced, copied, shared electronically or used for any commercial purposes without our prior, express, permission and any applicable fee (as determined by us) being paid.

9.3 It is illegal to produce copies of any work which is copyrighted by us.

10. Our Right to Vary These Terms.

10.1 We may revise these Terms from time to time.


10.2 Every time you order prints from us, the Terms in force at that time will apply to the Contract between you and us.


10.3 The Terms applicable to your contract will be determined as those published and active on the date your order was placed.

11. Website Contents 

11.1 Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, videos, illustrations, Prints, goods, designs, icons, photographs, written and other materials that are part of our Website (collectively, the “Contents”) are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property owned, controlled or licensed by Natasha Muluswela. The Website as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by Natasha Muluswela and our other trademarks appearing at this Website are the trademarks of Natasha Muluswela. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Website for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Website or any related software. By purchasing a Print(s) from us you understand that you do not own the copyrights of the purchased Print(s). You understand that you can not copy, reproduce, or distribute the Print(s) for any commercial reasons (as stated in the above paragraph) without written permission from the artist, Natasha Muluswela.


12. Miscellaneous 


12.1 This Website is controlled and operated by Natasha Muluswela. This Agreement may be revised or terminated at any time by Natasha Muluswela.
